Tent, table and chair rental fees must be paid no later than the day the rentals are are reserved for. Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours in advance or a rental fee will be assessed. Cancellations for tables, tents and chairs reserved during peak periods (first two weeks of a semester and finals week) must be received at least two (2) weeks in advance or a rental fee will be assessed.
